2019 is almost reaching its middle point and the country is still experiencing a wave of uncertainties regarding its present and, especially, its future. Under the comand of a new team in the federal government, the country faces serious difficulties in unblocking the agenda of structural reforms which most Brazilians bet on in the last elections: reduce the wheight of public administration for taxpayers, reduce bureaucracy for doing business, a lower and simplified tax load, among other changes that are necessary for economic growth to return in a sustainable and balanced manner.
As such, we will address in this article the challenges that Brazil´s pulp and paper industry faces to accomplish its growth plans.
